FIESTA BAKSO ORDERS
• Minimum order of 30 pax (each pax includes 8 pieces of Bakso)
• Orders must be placed at least 5 working days in advance
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking. Balance due before event date
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before event are non-refundable
• Food must be consumed within 4 hours (as per SFA guidelines). Takeaway packaging not provided
• Payment accepted via PayNow (UEN: 201211117H) or Bank Transfer

TRANSPORTATION & SERVICE CHARGES — FULL BUFFET
• Delivery 11am–3pm: $100 (before GST)
• Delivery 4pm–6pm: $120 (before GST)
• Festive Season Surcharge: $50 (all gazetted public holidays)
• Additional $10 surcharge for deliveries to CBD, Jurong Island, and Sentosa
• Includes buffet set-up with skirting, chafing dish, centerpiece, disposable wares, service staff, and post-event collection

• All items packed in disposable containers

DELIVERY INFORMATION
• Delivery hours: 11am–6pm daily
• Collection time: 4 hours after set-up (for buffet)
• Allow grace period for delivery due to traffic, weather, or security conditions

For safety reasons, customers are encouraged to choose ground-level set-up areas. Extra charges may apply for non-ground level set-ups (stairs/lifts).
