Refund policy

At Taste of Indonesia, every order is freshly prepared to ensure the best quality and safety standards. As such, please note the following:

Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled event are eligible for a refund of the deposit paid.

  • Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled event are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • A 50% deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event.

  • For eligible refunds, the amount will be processed via the original payment method (PayNow or Bank Transfer) within 7–10 working days.

Returns

  • As all food is freshly prepared and perishable, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

  • Food must be consumed within 4 hours of delivery, in line with SFA guidelines.

Order Issues

  • If you experience any issues with your order (e.g. missing items, incorrect order), please contact us immediately upon delivery so we can resolve it promptly.
